Menstrual Cup Size Quiz — Free, No Email, 60 Seconds

The Leia Cup Finder is a free 60-second quiz that recommends a menstrual cup size from six questions: cervix height, flow volume, birth history, pelvic floor symptoms, previous cup experience and comfort preference. It was written by OB-GYN Dr. Elena Dolgan.

Leia comes in three sizes. Small (45 mm diameter, 49 mm body, 26 mL) suits people who have not given birth vaginally or who have a tighter vaginal canal. Medium (46 mm diameter, 51 mm body, 28 mL) suits people who have had one or two vaginal births. Large (48 mm diameter, 29 mL) suits people with three or more vaginal births. All three keep a short body designed for a low cervix.

Frequently asked questions

How do I know what size menstrual cup to get?

Size is decided by cervix height, vaginal birth history and flow volume — not by age. Measure your cervix during your period, then match it to a cup whose body is shorter than that measurement. The Leia quiz asks six questions and names a size in about 60 seconds.

Is the cup size quiz free?

Yes. The quiz is free, takes about 60 seconds and does not require an email address to see your result.

What if I have given birth?

One or two vaginal births usually points to Leia Medium (46 mm diameter, 51 mm body, 28 mL); three or more usually points to Large (48 mm diameter, 29 mL). Both keep the short body designed for a low cervix.

Will the quiz tell me if a cup is not right for me?

Yes. If your answers suggest a cup is a poor fit — for example an untreated stage 3–4 prolapse or an in-place pessary — the result says so and recommends speaking to a clinician instead.
