HOW TO CHOOSE THE BEST SIZE FOR YOU

This simple sizing guide will help you get the best product for your Leia experience.
TO SELECT THE IDEAL SIZE FOR YOUR MENSTRUAL CUP, YOU SHOULD CONSIDER:
The height of your cervix
If you have had a vaginal birth
The volume of your vagina (determined by height and weight; please refer to the chart below)
TO DETERMINE THE HEIGHT OF YOUR CERVIX, PLEASE PERFORM THE FOLLOWING STEPS:
Wash your hands with an unscented soap.
Dry your hands thoroughly, then use your fingers to open your vagina.
Gently insert one finger into your vagina until you locate your cervix.
Your cervix should feel like the tip of your nose, or a ball with a dent in the middle. The ideal cup size is determined byhow deeply you can insert your finger before locating the cervix.
HIGH CERVIX – SIZE L
You can insert your finger to the second phalange before feeling the cervix.
MEDIUM CERVIX WITH VAGINAL BIRTH – SIZE M
You can insert your finger to the second phalange before feeling the cervix, and you have had a vaginal birth.
MEDIUM CERVIX WITHOUT VAGINAL BIRTH – SIZE S
You can insert your finger to the second phalange before feeling the cervix, but have not had a vaginal birth.
LOW CERVIX – SIZE S
You can insert your finger and feel the cervix almost immediately.
